1. No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable and health-sensitive nature of our product (pure Shilajit resin), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product is delivered.

All sales are final unless the product you received is damaged, leaked, or incorrect.


2. Eligibility for Replacement

You are eligible for a free replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, or wrong product

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You share clear photos and the order ID as proof

We do not accept replacement requests for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Dissatisfaction with taste, smell, texture, or personal expectations

  • Orders placed by mistake

  • Delay caused by courier partners


3. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement:

  2. Attach clear photos of the outer package and the product

  3. Mention your order number, contact number, and a short description of the issue

Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility within 2 business days.


4. Replacement Shipping Process

  • Once approved, we will ship a new product free of charge to your original delivery address

  • Replacements are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days

  • No additional payment will be required


5. Important Notes

  • No replacements will be processed without photographic proof

  • Replacement claims made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted

  • If the product is out of stock, we may offer store credit or delay the replacement
